General Features

WREXNET - Wholesale Retail Exchange Network WREXNET is a web based distribution system for manufacturers, suppliers and vendors with retail customers. Customers can be defined as any type of retailer from small "mom and pop" specialty stores, department stores or multi chain stores.

WREXNET is a Business to Business (B to B) application and will allow your customers, the retailer, to place orders on your site easily and quickly.

Although the demo is based on an apparel manufacturer's model, WREXNET can be adapted to any product catalogue whether you're selling toys, nuts and bolts or coffee beans. Any product that can be quantified in any type of measurement - sizes, inches, ounces, etc.

Security: Access Levels

WREXNET system allows for multi level information access for various levels of company personnel, determined by you.

Everyone in your company, from the CEO to territorial sales reps, can use this system but you have the freedom to designate which employees have access and at what level.

For example, some executives may have access to all the features, while others may have more limited access. It is your decision how to make the system available on a need to know basis.

You may use all of the access level below, or you may disregard them and give everyone access to everything. It's your choice depending on what fits best your business and your company's management structure.

These are the various access levels:

ADMN – Administrator This is the head of your company. The decision maker. This person sees everything on the WREXNET site. Can view financials, orders, create orders, add products, everything that pertains to their business.

ADMN ASST – Administrator Assistant This designated person has almost all the same powers and access as the ADMN, but is blocked from a few parts of the system.

CFO – Chief Financial Officer Your company CFO has access to all the financial information to the system and system content. Can adjust financials. Does not have power to create, add or delete merchandise from the catalogue.

Inside Sales People – in house employees that work in the home office Have the ability to write orders, view shipping and payment history.

Outside Sales People – in house employees with specific sales territories Have access only to accounts in their territory. Can write orders and view shipping information for stores only in their territory.

Independent Sales Rep – commissioned sales reps Can write orders and view shipping information. Can’t see payment information.

Note: Anyone with access to the system has the ability to create a log-in for another person at a lower level of access.

Retailer Access to WREXNET System

CUAD – Customer Administrator This level of access is for GMMs, DMMs and above. Can place orders, see shipment history.

CUAA – Customer Administrator Assistant This level of access is for buyers. Can place and review orders.

CUFF – Customer Financial Can see information on orders as well as payment information and initiate payments.

Note: Anyone with access to the system has the ability to create a log-in for another person at a lower level of access.
